Brandywine
Trust Company, LLC ("BTC") is a privately held, non
deposit trust company charted under the laws of Delaware and regulated by the
Delaware State Bank Commissioner.
The Company was founded in 1992 by and for families of substantial means, to provide those
strategic and fiduciary services
that are most vital to the achievement of
long-term financial goals.
Brandywine Managers, LLC ("BML") provides management services to investment
limited partnerships and similar entities formed exclusively by or for the
benefit of client families of BTC. BML is registered with the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment advisor.
BTC and BML conduct all of their operations from offices located just outside of
Wilmington, Delaware.
Brandywine Management Services, Inc. ("BMS") advises BTC and BML in matters of
family governance, strategic planning, asset allocation, manager selection and
related issues from its offices in midtown Manhattan.
Pleasantville Tax Services, Inc. ("PTS") provides income tax accounting and
return preparation services to individual, trust and partnership clients of BTC
from its offices on western Staten Island.
BTC, BML, BMS and PTS are wholly owned by Brandywine Trust Group, LLC, a
Delaware holding company, of which the shareholders are members of the Group's
four founding families and an entity representing senior management. The
trusts and related accounts of these families make up the greater part of the
assets under the Group's management - approximately $6 billion.
